About YILMAZ KARTAL
He is the well known contractor/ construction developer Cypriot businessman. He grew up from the family who were in Construction business since 1969.
Inspired by Ahmet Yilmaz, his maternal grandfather who started the constuction company in Gaziantep in 1969, he learned from the expreience from his grandfather and combined the cutting edge latest technology to serve people who live in North Cyprus. He started construction with Blackwater Development as a co-owner and director which is founded in 2017 and constructed a block of apartment in Iskele, Long Beach area. After that, he contiued constuction business with Kipra Development Limited company.
Seing that Cyprus needs comprehensive Real Estate company, he founded Kipra Homes real estate company in 2020 and passionately doing real estate and construction in every espect.
